摘要：四川汶川地震灾害在极短时间内产生了大批量伤员,其中部分伤员被转运到其他省市医疗机构进行救治.介绍了灾后全国首次地震伤员跨省区批量转运的组织实施过程,总结其特点和经验,并对有关问题进行了深入探讨,可为大批量伤员长途转运提供参考. Abstract： Wenchuan Earthquake in Sichuan Province caused heavy casualties in minutes beyond local medical capacity,and some of whom had to be transferred to medical institutions in other provinces and cities for rescue and further treatmenL This paper described the leadership and implementation of this large scale operation to transfer these casualties to other provinces and cities.With characteristics and experiences,this paper made an in-depth review on relevant issues for reference of long-distance transfer of casualties in batches in future.
