摘要：Since many domestic emerging shipping enterprises need to reduce cost,reccver cost quickly and shorten capgal accumulation circles,purchasing old second hand vessels with relatively cheaper price become the most favorable and efficient choice.The special favour of domestic owners for second hand vessels directly leads to the purchase of large amount of old second hand vessels but with few being sent for scrapping.According to media reports,by the end of 2009,China's seagoing and coastal ships had about 80m DWT,but some 30m DWT has reaohed the age to be sorapped,taking up 35％ of the total.With such a big old shipping fieet,safety situation is far from optimistic.
