摘要：Before long, a lawsuit against the State Oceanic Administration lodged by Shangdong Rongcheng Haida Shipbuilding Co. Ltd. caused a great effect in the maritime field, and it is till hanging on. Seeing over China, wanton sea filling cases happened repeatedly in recent years. The reasons are, on the one hand, sea economy is becoming more and more alluring; on the other hand,sea ecology is being damaged at the same time by people chasing economic interests.If such crazy acts are not regulated, people will reap the pains in the future. 前不久,山东荣成海达造船有限公司状告国家海洋局一案,在海事界引起不小的反响.时至今日,此案仍然悬而未决.放眼中国,近年来大肆填海事件屡有发生.一方面,"亲海经济"越来越诱人,另一方面,在追求经济的同时,却不可避免地对海洋生态造成了一定的影响.如果人类不收敛自己的疯狂行为,将为此付出沉重的代价.
