摘要：Objective To explore the incidence of asymptomaticerosive esophagitis (AEE) and clinical characteristics ofsymptoms of erosive esophagitis in healthy population un-dergoing health check-up. Methods From January 2012to December 2015,at Ningbo Medical Treatment CenterLihuili Eastern Hospital,a total of 3 052 healthy peoplereceiving routine health check-up and underwent gastroendoscopywere retrospectively analyzed. The demographiccharacteristics,endoscopic findings,reflux-relatedsymptoms,metabolic syndrome and biochemical parameterswere analyzed in AEE and symptomatic erosiveesophagitis ( SEE) patients. T test and Chi square testwere performed for univariate analysis,and multivariatelogistic regression analysis was used to compare differencesbetween AEE and SEE patients.
