Effect of fluoride on expression of phosphorylated NMDAR protein in rat hippocampal neurons

摘要:Objective To observe the expression of phosphorylatedN-methyl-D-aspartate receptor ( P-NMDAR) proteinin hippocampal neurons of rats with fluorosis and explorethe mechanism of neuronal damage caused by fluorosis.Methods Sixteen Sprague-Dawley rats within 24 h afterbirth were selected,and hippocampus of the brain wasisolated after sacrifice. The primary neurons were culturedin vitro. Observation on the cell morphology underan inverted microscope,neurons were identified by immunofluorescencestaining. On the 7th day of cultivation,the neurons were divided into control group,lowfluoride group,high fluoride group,antagonist group,low fluoride antagonist group and high fluoride antagonistgroup.
