摘要：Objective To investigate the expression difference offatty acid synthase (FAS),acetyl coenzyme A synthetase1 ( AceCS1 ),long-chain acyl -coenzyme A synthetase1 (ACSL1) and acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC) in theprefrontal cortex in the brain specimens from autistic subjectsand control subjects. Methods Eight autistic brainspecimens and eight control brain specimens were used.The autistic brain specimens were bought from Brain andTissue Bank for Developmental Disorders ( BTBDD),whereas the control brain specimens were bought fromNational Institute of Child Health and Human Development(NICHD). The expression of FAS,AceCS1,ACSL1and ACC in prefrontal cortex of the brain specimenswere detected using western blotting method.
