摘要：Objective To investigate the incidence situation ofmetabolic syndrome (MS) in patients with continuousambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD),and analyze thecorrelation between MS and prognosis of patients. MethodsThe patients who received peritoneal dialysis fromJune 1,2002 to April 30,2018 and followed up regularlywere divided into MS group and non-MS group accordingto the diagnostic criteria of MS. Follow-up was tillJuly 31,2018. The differences of clinical data,metabolicindexes and clinical outcomes between the two groupswere compared. The survival rates of the two groups werecompared by Kaplan-Meier survival curve,and the riskfactors of all-cause death and cardiovascular disease(CVD) death were analyzed by Cox regression analysis.
