摘要：Objective To detect the KCNJ5 gene variations in aldosterone-producing adenoma (APA) with primary hyperaldosteronism (PA) ,and to investigate the association of the KCNJ5 gene missense mutations with APA and PA.Methods A total of 46 APA tumors and their clinical characteristics were collected from Hypertension Center of the People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,and all the tumors were confirmed by pathology.
