摘要：Objective To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of endovascular stent-graft placement for treatment of type B dissection. Methods From April 2002 to December 2005,180 patients with type B dissection underwent endovascular stent-graft placement. There were 158 men and 22 women with mean age of 50. 4±10. 9 years.
