摘要：目的 评价奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效与安全性.方法 应用奥沙利铂130 mg/m2,静脉滴注3 h,第1天;卡培他滨2000 mg/m2,分早晚2次口服,第 1～14天,每 3周重复,行 2周期治疗后评价疗效.结果 入组观察28例,总有效率 53.6% (15/28).主要不良反应为胃肠道反应、手足综合征、Ⅲ～Ⅳ度的白细胞减少各占7.2% (2/28).结论 奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨方案治疗晚期胃癌疗效高,不良反应小,患者易耐受,生活质量提高. Abstract： Objective To evaluate the effects and safety of combination of oxaliplatin and capecitabine(XELOX)regimen for patients with advanced/metastatic gastric cancer. Methods Oxaliplatin 130 mg/m2 iv 3 h,dl,capecitabine 2000 mg/m2,twice a day for two weeks.Every 3 weeks was a cycle.Efficacy was evaluated after 2 cycles. Results Twenty-eight patients have been entered into the study.The tumor response rate observed in this study was 53.6% (15/28).Commonly occurring adverse events included nausea and vomiting,hand-foot syndrome and grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ neutropenia(2/28) .Conclusions XELOX is a high response regimen for advanced gastric cancer with mild toxicity,which can be practiced safely.
