摘要：目的 观察关节镜下注射型CPC充填骨缺损治疗塌陷型胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效.方法 2004年4月至2009年5月共收治35例塌陷型胫骨平台骨折,其中SchatzkerⅡ型23例,Ⅲ型9例,Ⅳ型1例,Ⅴ型2例.在关节镜辅助下复位,关节面下开窗,充填注射型CPC,其中Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ型结合支撑钢板固定.结果 34例术后切口Ⅰ期愈合,1例发生皮肤坏死内植物部分外露,Ⅱ期皮瓣转移后治愈.随访12～18个月,35例骨折均获得骨性愈合,未发生骨折再塌陷,内固定物松动、断裂等.依据HSS膝关节功能评定结果:优25例,良7例,中2例,差1例.优良率为91.4%.结论 关节镜辅助下注射型CPC充填骨缺损治疗塌陷型胫骨平台骨折具有创伤小,术中能发现和处理关节内合并症,充填物生物相容性好,能提供即时稳定性,同时又避免了自体骨或异体骨存在的缺陷,患者更易于接受,术后患者康复快等优点. Abstract： Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of using injectable CPC filled bone defects with arthroscopically assisted to treat the collapsed tibial plateau fracture.Methods Thirty-five cases of collapsed tibial plateau fracture were treated from 2004 to 2009.Which Schatzker Ⅱ 23 cases, Schatzker Ⅲ 9 cases, Schatzker Ⅳ 1 case, Schatzker Ⅴ 2 cases.After arthroscopic-assisted reduction, filling injectable CPC, through the window drilled under the articular surface and Schatzker Ⅱ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ were fixed with buttress plate.Results Thirty -four cases of postoperative incision got healing Ⅰ, 1 case of skin necrosis and the exposed parts of plants performed, Ⅱ Phase flap healed after the skin transferring.Followed up 12 -18 months, 35 patients had received fracture healing, no fracture or collapse re -occurred, no internal fixation loosening or broken and so on.According to HSS knee function evaluation based on the results: excellent in 25 cases, good in 7 cases, fair in 2 cases and poor in 1 case.Excellent rate got to 91.4%.Conclusions The method art
