摘要：Chinese Service Providers (SPs) are finding it hard to resist the lure of the overseas capital market and many are rushing towards listing. On March 4, Shanghai-based Linktone Ltd,under the trading name LTON, became the first Chinese SP to list on the Nasdaq stock market. Through its IPO, the company offered a total of 6.14 million American Depositary Receipts and raised US$84.7 million.
