摘要：The system of our country’s foundations is facing revision,but the relevant theories about the basic characteristics of the foundations still need to be perfected.Among them,the current system of our country characterizes the public welfare as the basic purpose of the foundation,which is a misunderstanding based on the long-standing misunderstanding of the foundation.Foundations of the basic attributes should not be limited to the purpose of public welfare,but should be judg ed from the benefit of the object,in order to establish a foundation system,different types of foundations should be targeted classification requirements.At the same time,it is of great significance to improve the scientific legislation and future development of the foundations in our country with the corresponding definition of extraterritorial legislation.
