摘要：The goods agent may coincide with the principal agent,the contract carrier,the actual carrier,the multimodal transport operator,etc.This provides an opportunity for the goods agent to avoid its own risk,which is not conducive to the protection of the owner or the shipper‘s right s and interests.In this article,the concept and the legal nature of the goods agent are determined from four aspects:The contents of the contract,the specific behavior of the g oods agent,the specific content of the thir dparty issuing the bill of lading,the na ture of the payment,and the like.
