摘要：Light volleyball, as a mass sports activity, possesses three characteristics：sports, leisure and entertainment. It forms on the basis of traditional competitive volleyball and it has g ood practical performance. Light volleyball is widely accepted by sports lovers and it is the typical sport“made in China”. This paper studied university students' interests in light volleyball. It aims at increasing students' interests in light volleyball; generalizing light volleyball; laying de foundation for improving students' physical fitness; providing reference frame for national fitness and the implementation of school sports.
