摘要：Self-built small scale HND program human resource management major parallel corpus is flexible and efficient.This kind of corpus can help to arrange the teaching materials,improve teachers’ comprehensive cultural accomplishmentand enhance students’ interests in learning if applied in HND program teaching. According to the characteristics of HND program clear purposes should be set before the establishment time of the parallel corpus and appropriate sources should be adopted to control the scale of it in order to better serve the HND program’s English teaching.
