摘要：<正>1 Identification of the affected interspace:What site is disk material across the vertebral canal?Either myelography or advanced imaging should be performed for definitive diagnosis.CT is more accurate and usually much faster than myelography,especially in chondrodystrophoid breed.CT is non-invasive as mineralized disk material shows clearly without need for contrast in most cases such as MiniaturedDucksfund which is very common breed in Japan.CTmyelography may be necessary if the extrude material is not mineralized.MR images are superior to CT in a viewpoint to evaluate spinal cord.
