摘要:This article reviews four types of teaching approaches in English writing, including product approach, process approach, genre-based approach and task-based approach. Basing on a general review of the previous studies on teaching approaches, this paper is expected to contribute to the development of research on teaching approaches, and more importantly, to provide language teachers with useful information to choose the suitable one in response to the genuine classroom context.
