摘要：Wenzhou-Kean University is an education cooperation project between Zhejiang and New Jersey, which are twinned as friendship province/state. The university project is the a key project of the Ministry of Education for carrying out the policy of opening up to the outside world in the field of education and for promoting reform through opening up. Wenzhou-Kean University is the only Sino-USA project in the province that has legal personality.
