摘要：The article introduces radon transform of image as well as a method to calculate geometric moments under radon transform. By making use of the anti-interference character of Radontransform, this paper presents a method of extracting image's moment feature, which can get a moment feature matrix of image under Radon transform, as well as a method to recognize image by using the SV of this matrix.
