摘要：This paper is a narrative inquiry of a high school student's experience in the USA. He went to the USA in astudy tour. Initiated by the curiosity about the difference of the educational systems, the writer made an interview to him. This paper reveals many teaching methods and philosophy behind the tour. What is the key point that we pursue in teaching?Teaching is not just about knowledge and grades. Despite cultural difference, education is always about the inspiration of minds and the self-improvement of teachers.
