摘要：This paper investigates the possibility of measuring the surface roughness of wood by the laser displacement sensor.Ten points-based mean roughness of the planed surface of Douglas, Hinoki, Beech and Padauk was measured by using the laser displacement meter and the stylus instrument to clarify the characteristics of both instrument. The measured roughness from the the stylus instrument by using a proportion coefficient between them.
