摘要:A novel groove sintered fiber composite wick porous material (GSFCWPM) with high porosity was fab-ricated by sintering copper fiber and microgroove copper plate. In this work, the tensile experiments were conduc-ted to investigate the effect of fiber parameter and sintering parameter on the tensile property of GSFCWPM. Thetypical tensile stress strain charts of GSFCWPM were obtained based on tensile test results. The tensile strengthgets decreased with the increase of porosity from 70% to 90% when the GSFCWPM was produced with the samesintering parameter. The tensile strength gets decreased with the increase of fiber diameter when GSFCWPM withthe same quality was produced with the same sintering parameter. Moreover, the influence of sintering parameteron tensile strength of GSFCWPM was also investigated. Our experimental results showed that the increase of sinte-ring temperature or sintering time would give rise to the increase of tensile strength of GSFCWPM when the sinte-ring temperature is below 1 083 ℃.
