摘要：Linguists have done numerous studies on the gendered variation of the language and used different theories and various methods in the studies.This essay argues that the language use and discourse style between the male and female are different since their different physical and mental factors,different social status and social roles,and the social culture problems.It will also discuss the change of language use between men and women because of the development of society.This essay begins by describing the differences between the male and female in language use and discourse style with some examples.It will then go on to analyze the reasons for these differences which include their physical and mental factors,their different social status and the social culture along with their growing.Finally,it will show and evaluate the changes about this kind of differences in language between men and women.
