摘要：Ministry of Education started the project of reform on College English teaching, part of the Project of Educational Quality and Reform of Higher Education at the end of 2012, in which the Ministry of Education emphasized that the Mute English should be replaced by Practical English. This paper focuses on how to change the teaching mode of English Listening Comprehension, and how to make the lesson be more interesting, more interactive and more cultural via analyzing its current situation.
