摘要：Language and culture depend on each other,which is a mirror reflecting all kinds of ideas in society.The phenomenon of gen-der differences in English language is an important part of sociolinguistics,and is common in various cultures.Because people are notaware of the differences of gender language and the causes,resulting in mutual misunderstanding and even conflict,so understanding dif-ferences of gender language and making use of the differences in communication are of great significance.
