摘要：As the first winner of"The Hugo Award"in Asia, Liu Cixin has applied an army of rhetorical devices in his scientific fictions. How to translate these rhetorical devices is of great importance to the appreciation of the science fictions. With the aim of researching the strategies of the translation of the rhetorical devices in the Science Fiction, this paper has a discussion on the strategies of translating the rhetorical devices in English in the light of the Skopos Theory. It is hoped that this study may be of some help to future translation practitioners who want to translate China’s SF works into foreign languages and the teaching of the same.
