摘要：White Collar:The American Middle Classes is a famous book written by Mills,C.Wright.In this book,Mills gave a description of the emergence of a"new class",the white-collar workers,during that age in US.He also mentioned about their life styles and their political consciousness.This thesis is to compare the different definitions of middle class in China and in US,and comment on the life styles and the political consciousness of the white collars in China.
