摘要：Since President Trump took office in January of 2017,the US administration has provoked trade frictions against Japan.Not until 2019,have the two countries started substantial trade negotiations after two years9 consultation and contest.From April of 2019 on,the US and Japan are striving to resolve their trade disputes and conclude a new trade accord between them through several summit talks and negotiations at the ministerial level.At the end of August of 2019,the US and Japan declared that they had reached a new framework agreement,and would try to sign it in September,hence making trade frictions between them begin to calm down.
