摘要：<正>Design Concept:Novo Zepelin Housing Development"Living together"The concept places four small towers of nine floors,and two horizon- tal volumes along the sides of the land parcel,creating a central courtyard or backyard that can be used as a communal entertainment area and children’s play area.Each dwelling unit has a terrace as a continuation of a living room and residents will have the option to create a larger terrace by expanding the module either side into the space of bedroom modules.设计理念:"共同生活"的Novo Zepelin社区这个概念是用4栋9层塔楼,2栋平行布置的房屋,将场地围合成一个中央庭院式后院,可以用来作为一个公共娱乐区和儿童游乐区。每个居住单元有一个露台作为客厅的延续,居民可以选择通过延续伸入卧室而将这一露台扩大,见图1。
