摘要：The struggling horizontal directional drilling (HDD) market saw little relief in 2002 and through the first quarter of 2003, but the technology remains popular with gas and electric utilities along with transmission pipeline companies. Over the past two years, the technology continues to gain acceptance in the potentially lucrative sewer and water market.
