摘要：1 Preface China is becoming one of the leading semiconductor supply hubs in the world. In digital consumer electronics it is a world leader, and so it is crucial to improve the productivity of System-On-Chips (SoC),which are at the heart of digital consumer electronics.To boost productivity, testing is critical. Today, we would like to propose a new concept of SoC testing for a new partnership between China and Japan. We wish to develop our partnership for SoC design and manufacturing by sharing roles appropriately.
